Affinity Healthcare is hiring for a Full-time Office to join our family of employees in our Lufkin, TX location. The Primary responsibility of the office coordinator is to facilitate the communications functions of the business office and provide clerical support. The ideal candidate will have: excellent time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively and efficiently communicate and document communication, and most importantly the desire to provide compassionate care to our patient population.
Promotes effective communication with patients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals, and maintains confidentiality. |
Facilitates the communications system which may include mail distribution, phone system, memos, answers incoming calls and/or emails, documents, and disseminates appropriate messages. |
Provides clerical support which may include preparation of admission, orientation, and new hire packets; monitoring and ordering office supplies and forms; computer support and data entry; special projects, filing, and copying. |
Competently handle multi-line phone system. Demonstrates understanding of system features. |
Uses effective customer service skills when directing calls and assisting others. |
Promotes effective communication with patients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals, and maintains confidentiality. |
